Update May 12th - We  are getting ever so close. I talked to the 2nd phase painter this morning. He indicated they would be done by this afternoon. Then its on to hanging the suspended ceiling, putting in the lights, finishing up the bathrooms/office. Once everyone completes their assigned work - we wait. We wait for the City of Post Falls to sign off on all of the work. This is the time "wildcard" . Our hope is that it happens fast.
