Payment is required PRIOR to vendors setting up their booths, unless other arrangements have been made. Move in / Set up is always scheduled for Thursday between the hours of 12 noon and 4PM. If you are only with us for one (1) weekend ~ Do not tear down your booth until 5:01 PM on Sunday. A floor manager will stay until 7pm, or until you have completed your vendor booth tear down.
