All continues to go very well as we have changed to winter hours. They are basically Thurs ~ Sunday. 10 to 6.
We have some of the BEST indoor vendors and the same can be said for the customers that visit us.

Finished our first 4 day winter hour schedule. Results ~ chartbusting in both sales and customers. Thank you for helping us make Treasure Towne what it is. A wonderful blend of customers and vendors.  I have to wonder about  the fact we busted our tails for being open 7 days a week, and the first 4 day week we blew the records out of the books. We have some of the best vendors a multi-vendor marketplace could ask for. Thank you for your continued support to both Mo and I. We appreciate the strong support given to us each week.

Again we broke the old record for sales and customers. We seem to be doing that EVERY week!!  I want to personally thank our great vendors and the outstanding support we continue to get every week from our shoppers. Treasure Towne is like no other store ~ Having both an eclectic and antique/collectible selection ~ its the perfect place to shop for that "hard to shop for" person in your life. If your a new shopper with us - You can not see it all in one visit. There is just too much to see!!

We now run weekly specials of 11% off by showing us a receipt from another successful vendor mall. (like My Favorite Things) or local thrift store. By showing us the receipt BEFORE we ring your sale out - you can save eleven percent on your sale with certain items in our store.

The first word that comes to mind is WOW! We continue to have chart busting days and weekends. All the hard work of the last 17 months are paying off. We have a FULL 32 vendor marketplace with a strong waiting list and things seem to get better each weekend. We now offer FREE online estores at our companion website at www.agreatauction. There is NEVER a fee to use it, and we can offer the registered users FREE classifieds, auctions, and more importantly ~ free online store space. You can have up to 25 items in your store at NO cost to you.  Later this month we are going to try out the live auction feature as well as our SAH (shop at home) program. You see it online, buy it, pick it up or we ship. Its that easy. Once we get the wrinkles out of the programming part we are set to go.  With Love's Truck stop going in across the street, and Walmart going in not far from us ~ well I guess you could say we are anchored in the right spot.

This note is to the person that continues to "flag" almost every ad we have posted on Craigslist (tm). My question is WHY? Do you not understand that we are a multivendor marketplace. And with that said ~ our vendors depend on the $$that they make at Treasure Towne. Do you not understand that some of the money that they make probably goes to putting either food on the table or gas in their car? Why do you continue to flag our ads?
I have posted a few ads on Craigslist only to see them disappear within 15 minutes. I'm either promoting the location or  a vendor (trying to help one's that are digital camera and craigslist challenged). With the holidays fast approching for some this is the only avenue that they have left to advertise. You are taking food out of their childrens mouth by flagging our ads. I don't know why you are hell bent on erasing our ads but you need to re-think your reasoning.  I hope and pray you come to your senses sooner then later.

We have been selected to be part of a website that deals with hotels and rental cars in downtown Spokane. The website represents over fifty (50) downtown Spokane Hotels and Motels. The plus side to all of this is when a visitor comes to Spokane - where do they go to shop ? Why Treasure Towne of course :-)  I feel this is a great feather in our cap and we should reap the reward of more customers within the next 15 -25 days.  The secret to staying alive as a business is networking. Any business that fails to see that will most likely fail in the end. We are getting ready to do a massive christmas blitz.  To include television. stay tuned.

The christmas season was incredible.!! Great inventory and wonderful customers. Mo and I are now winding down our transitioning out of Treasure Towne. It was sold December 31st to Rod and Dorothy Stark. Who by the way were with Treasure Towne from day 1. We feel that we could not have asked for a better set of new owners to hand the baton off to. In the short two years Mo and I created and built the Treasure Towne vison ~ we watched it go from a shell building with no plumbing, electrical, or for that matter a floor and ceiling. We grew Treasure Towne to where it is today ~ VERY successful and in the Black. But that said ~ we could not be here without the support of our vendors. One vendor stands above the rest. She worked tirelessly with me even when Mo was on an emergency leave to California. She gave Treasure Towne 150% effort. With no questions ever asked or assumed. I want to take this space to offer a special thank you to a vendor that helped us and shared the vision with us. Thank you Linda V. Your kindness and generousity will never be forgotten by Mo and I. And I know if you continue with Treasure Towne ~ If Dorothy and Rod need your professional support - You won't hesitate to step in. Thank you again Linda.
